9th tinted Tintype Plate of Richard T Harris NC 8th Partisan Rangers Cavalry & 66th NC Infantry. Wounded and died October 1864 has his initials inside back of case. Comes in a leather case and has all the research documentation papers of his military history which came from previous owner. He is wearing a great confederate hat and his cavalry gloves-gauntlets. Research shows he was with the 8th NC Partisan Rangers till Oct 2,1863 when he transferred to the 66th NC Infantry and promoted to corporal. He was wounded in Richmond VA prior to August 16, 1864 and did not survive his wounds. Here is your chance to own a great Confederate cavalry image with all the research.
